Super Basic for a Small Budget
My puppy is getting ready to start obedience classes. One of the items we need is a treat pouch. I decided to test this one out when it was offered to me. I’ll save you the suspense. I went on Amazon and ordered a different one. However, let me give you the full rundown of why because this might be a great option for you – it just wasn’t for me.It’s silicone, which makes it super easy to clean. It holds plenty of treats, which is helpful during training sessions. The magnetic closure makes it easy to reach your treats and (mostly) keeps them from spilling out. It comes wtih a nylon strap to put it around your waist. The strap is really long and will fit almost anyone, but when it arrived, the strap was installed completely wrong and I had to pull the entire thing apart and rethread it correctly. Honestly, it would probably be easier and more comfortable to just pull it off and slide a regular belt through the treat pouch. Here’s why I didn’t like it… it’s just basically awkward and not terribly functional. The top lifts open and is only held shut wiht two magnets. It’s a weird angle to lift it open and reach for the treats. If you’re squatting down, a resourceful dog could absolutely get into it. I mean… as a basic, functional necessity, it does the job, but that’s it.The item I replaced this with? Yes. It cost twice as much. So, I paid $20 instead of the price tag for this which was $10. I got what would basically compare to a mini purse that can be worn around the waist or as a cross body bag, or you can ditch the straps all together and just clip it onto your belt or waistband. It holds poop bags, some credit cards and a smaller phone. The functionality and sppearance of my other treat bag is like 50 times what this one offers for only $10 more. It’s just so difficult for me to give this a great rating when it just cannot compete with other options on the market. I mean, we all have a budget and if yours is lower and you need a cheap option, this will do the job for you. There is nothing inherently wrong with the product. I’m just saying that you can do a lot better.

Good pick
Nice, works really well and is able to get around my waist. (I am a big girl size 24 jeans) with plenty of more room for someone bigger. Easy to clean and use.

Great Help With Training and Walks With our New Puppy
I received this item for free as part of the Amazon Vine program, so I didn’t buy it or pay for it. Right away, I appreciated how sturdy and easy to clean the silicone material is. It holds plenty of treats, and the wide opening makes it simple to grab a treat without fumbling around to get to them. The magnetic closure feature is pretty strong and snaps shut quickly, which keeps treats secure even when my dog gets a little too excited on our walks. At the same time, it opens easily with one hand, so rewarding good behavior feels smooth and natural to my puppy. The included waist belt fits well and stays put, and the whole setup is comfortable enough for long outings. Overall, this pouch has made training sessions easier and more efficient, and it’s earned a permanent spot in my dog-walking routine with her.

Spontaneous Training Made Easy (And Slightly Fuzzy)
I own more treat bags than Carrie Bradshaw has shoes. Seriously, my collection is borderline embarrassing at this point. But here’s the thing – I kept buying them because none quite nailed what I actually needed: a small, grab-and-go pouch specifically for those spontaneous outdoor training moments. Not a main training bag, but something I could quickly clip on when heading outside and spot a perfect opportunity for some blitz-training.My requirements were pretty specific: easy to clip on, stays securely closed, but most importantly, stays open when I need it to, and is designed so when I quickly reach down, my hand actually lands *inside* the pouch instead of fumbling around behind it like some kind of treat-dispensing amateur. This little silicone number has surprisingly delivered on all counts.I use it for my dog’s regular kibble, and the 1.7-cup capacity is spot-on for quick outdoor sessions. I typically keep about a cup in there rather than filling it completely – keeps it less bulky and prevents kibble avalanches when I bend down to pick up after my dog. The magnetic closure is genuinely strong and automatic, so no more trail of treats marking my path through the neighborhood. The waist belt is standard nylon with a plastic clip – nothing fancy, but it’s easy to adjust and put on quickly when I’m heading out for what was supposed to be a simple bathroom break but might turn into an impromptu training session. The silicone material feels nice and is obviously a breeze to clean compared to fabric bags. Fair warning though – turns out this thing has more than one type of “magnetic” power. While the closure magnets work great, the silicone surface seems to have an irresistible attraction to dust, pet hair, and basically anything that wants to stick to it. While it rinses off easily at home, you’ll be walking around with a visibly fuzzy pouch until you get back to a sink. I can’t speak to long-term durability yet since I haven’t had it long enough, but the construction feels solid. The flap seems reliable so far, and I appreciate that it’s less likely to let water in during rain compared to my fabric options. One thing I do miss is a D-ring or attachment point where I could clip a poop bag dispenser or clicker. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it would make this the perfect all-in-one solution.Bottom line: After cycling through more treat pouches than I care to admit, this one actually solves the problems I was trying to fix. It’s perfect for those quick outdoor training opportunities – easy to grab, stays put, opens when I need it to, closes when I don’t, and cleans up easily. Sometimes the simplest solutions are the best ones.

Nice size pouch
I love this silicone dog pouch. My fabric one gets greasy and is hard to clean. I just wash this with dish soap. The magnet is just strong enough to hold it closed but not so strong you can’t get it open. The waist strap is easy to adjust and could fit a large range of sizes. It’s a great product for the price. I really like it.
