I set up this water fountain for my cat to encourage more consistent drinking, because I learned they prefer moving water rather than stagnant water, and overall, it has worked well for that purpose. Assembly was straightforward, and the fountain started running as soon as it was plugged in and filled. The water flow is gentle and steady, which seems to be less intimidating than louder fountains I’ve heard and seen at other houses before.My cat showed interest almost immediately, especially with the moving water compared to a regular bowl. I’ve noticed more frequent drinking since switching, which was the main goal. The design holds a good amount of water, so I only need to refill it once a week with two cats or if the water looks dirty inside, even with daily use.Noise level is low when the fountain is filled properly, though it does get louder if there’s no water in the bowl but the pump is trying its hardest, and to prevent it from burning out, I recommend at least keeping note about what level the waters at each day. Cleaning is manageable, but it does require regular maintenance to prevent buildup, especially around the pump and filter area.Overall, this fountain does what it’s meant to do: provide fresh, moving water that encourages pets to drink more. It’s a solid option for cats or small dogs, as long as you’re willing to keep up with routine cleaning and refills.

Solid Product with Excellent Customer Service
My cat doesn’t like drinking water from a small plate, and since I occasionally have to travel, I decided to buy this water fountain a few months ago. She absolutely loves it and now drinks water more frequently. I no longer have to worry about her water supply for at least a week!The fountain is quiet and doesn’t make any weird noises when the water level is low (which was a problem I had with other products). For this type of water fountain, the motor is usually the weak point – they tend to stop working after a while for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, this happened with every other fountain I bought before :-(.Today, when the motor stopped working on this fountain, I assumed it was the same issue again. I was about to buy a new one when I noticed a sticker on the side reminding me to clean the motor weekly, and there was an email for customer support. I emailed them, not really expecting a reply 🙂 but Bella responded quickly with a video on how to clean the motor, saying it solves 99% of the issues.Honestly, I didn’t think it would work, but I gave it a shot anyway. Guess what – it worked perfectly! I’m really happy and grateful for the help, which is why I’m writing this review. I usually don’t leave reviews on Amazon because I’m busy, but I think this company deserves more business, so I made the time to post this.

Plastic water reservoir is not the best material choice
I’ve had this fountain for a year and a half. Overall, it works well and my cats use it more than their still water bowls. However, there are some cons to consider.- CON: The plastic bowl tends to get coated in a thin layer of slime rather quickly. It needs to be deep cleaned more often than I’d like (AKA, scrubbing every single part extensively to remove all slime). I have a feeling that a stainless steel system would do a better job staying clean longer.-CON: The pump is quite hard to clean, as the nooks and crannies have hard angles that are difficult to fully clean. After a year and a half of use, my pump has now died.-CON: The pump gets clogged easily. I have discovered the fountain not flowing many times (when the reservoir is full of water and should be flowing).-PRO: I appreciate that you can buy a new pump without buying a whole new watering system.-PRO: The water reservoir is quite large so you don’t have to stress about re-filling daily.All in all, a decent system for the price. Just requires more maintenance than I’d hope, but I am going to buy a new pump and continue using this system. If I could go back in time, I’d choose a stainless steel system instead.

So far, so good! Cats love it. Had to put a little beer coozie under it because my floor is slanted, not a product fault. Cats love it; so far no spills! My one cat barely drinks water and since I’ve had it a few days, she’s been drinking non stop. So I assume it is thirst enticing!

This thing is awesome. My dog never used to drink a lot of water, now he loves it. He specifically loves to drink out of the water spout. Light is not too bright but bright enough to see full line. Very quiet. No leaks, good design would recommend.

Good product for the price – works well. Unfortunately my kitten has figured out how to open this, it is NOT leak proof, because of this I can’t give it a full 5 stars. It is ease to use and set up. It is relatively quiet – but I have had quieter ones.

Wir hatten mit unserem Kater immer das Problem, dass er nur bei fließenden Wasser (Wasserhahn) getrunken hat bzw. er oft auch darauf vergessen hat, daher sein “Revier” (reine Hauskatze) doch recht groß ist. Da kam ich auf die Idee, gleich 2 solche Trinkbrunnen zu kaufen, um doch einen größeren Raum abdecken zu können. Seitdem trinkt er täglich seinen Bedarf (lässt sich auch super kontrollieren, wie viel die Katze über den Tag verteilt, trinkt).Der Brunnen ist schön leise (kaum zu hören), lässt sich super reinigen und auch die Filter finde ich sehr praktisch, so das sich das Wasser im Prinzip über eine längere Zeit selber reinigt.Auch ist er relativ stabil, daher die Auflagefläche doch größer als bei manch anderen Brunnen ist.So bleibt der Brunnen stabil, auch wenn der Kater mal beim Spielen unabsichtlich dagegen rennt :)TOP Produkt für diesen Preis – würde ich immer wieder nehmen!

Świetny produkt. Plastik wydaje się być cienki, ale towar przyszedł w całości. Działa bez zarzutu. Bardzo cichy. W nocy praktycznie go nie słychać. Dopiero jak poziom wody sięga połowy, to bardziej słychać czasami kapiącą przez filtr wodę. Samej pracy urządzenia praktycznie nie słychać. Polecam. Dokupiłam czujnik ruchu, bo stwierdziłam, że jednak nie chce, żeby chodziła non stop.

Update: After 6 months of great functioning, the fountain simply stopped working. Had to get a replacement.Review: My 18-year-old cat loves to drink from the tap (just a little stream!) but wasn’t hydrating enough. We wanted to buy a fountain to encourage him to both drink more and quit hassling us to turn on the tap.I chose this fountain because the fountain pipe resembles a tap with a stream of water – perfect! Right up my cat’s alley!The machine itself is pretty beautiful. It looks sleek and modern, the fountain pipe looks great, and the blue light is handy to see the water level and pretty at night.It functions very well and is ultra-quiet, which impressed me. We can hear the tiniest of little trickles, but it’s so faint that for the first week we kept forgetting we had bought the fountain and were wondering what that trickling sound was. (Pretty funny, actually.)It did take the cat some time to figure the fountain out. At first he ignored it completely as if it didn’t exist, no matter how much we showed him there was water in it. We tried different locations, thinking that would help, but nope. Finally we put the fountain right next to where his usual water bowl was, left it there, and hoped for the best. After a couple of days, we saw him starting to use it, and now it’s a done deal. Overall, I’d say it took about 10 days to transition.We’re super happy with this fountain and highly recommend it.
