Soft and decent at catching litter
I bought this cat litter mat hoping it would help keep stray litter under control, and it does trap quite a bit as cats step out of the box. The chenille design and texture is soft, and it feels nice. It’s also waterproof and machine washable, which makes cleanup easier than some other mats I’ve tried. That said, it’s not as effective as I had hoped. Some litter still ends up scattered beyond the mat, and the size is fine but not quite big enough for our extra large litter box setup. After washing, the fibers fluff up nicely again so its durable, but it does take quite a bit of effort to shake out the really stubborn bits. The price is good for what you are getting though!

decent
while most people state it’s not as thick as a bathmat, well, if you WANT a bath mat, then buy one! This works fine for what I needed it for; which is under the litter box to protect the wood enclosure from accidents outside the box. I simply take it out once a week, shake it, run it through the washing machine and put it back in. Being thinner works to my benefit as it’s a bit too long for the area needed, so I can fold it easily so it fits. I gave it 4 stars because I don’t know the durability of the product yet; i.e. repeated washings.

Looks like a regular bath mat
I received this litter mat vacuum sealed tightly. Once unraveled, it took a bit of manuevering to get it laid out straight and fluffed up a bit. It looks like it was cut a bit clumsy as I never really got it completely flat or straight. The backing is very grippy which makes me feel confident it’s not going to move at all once in place near the litter box. I’m not sure if the structure of the rug piling will actually pick up cat litter well or not, because the fibers seem to be really far apart. That said it should help with wiping wet cat feet if nothing else.

It is a bathmat. Does not function as an excellent litter trap
This is a decent, if cheap, bathmat. It says it is waterproof but I haven’t found that to be the case. It does a good job outside my kids’ shower. I tried initially to use this as a litter mat but it just was awkward to try and remove and clean. Litter just fell everywhere.

Die Matte wurde schnell geliefert und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Was mich wirklich überrascht hat, wardie gute Gebrauchsanleitung. Eigentlich ist bei einer Matte alles klar/selbsterklärend aber ich fand es gut,daß der Verkäufer noch einmal darauf hingewiesen hat, wie man die Matte vor Gebrauch am besten handhabt.Ich habe Langhaarkatzen, die das Streu nach dem Toilettengang in der ganzen Wohnung “verteilen”. Die Mattereduziert das Ganze merklich.

Die Katzenklo Matte ist super! Die rutscht nicht, wie übliche Plastik Teile,und das Streu kann man wieder zurück schütten, es bleibt in der Matte.

Leider kommen die Matten zusammengefaltet an. Es ist zwar eine Anleitung/Empfehlung dabei die Knicke raus zu Föhnen aber ich finde es ärgerlich, denn ganz raus sind sie trotzdem nicht. Ansonst finde ich sie praktisch, da man sie auskippen kann und, da sie mit Klettverschluss zusammen hängen ist es möglich die beiden Mattenteile zu trennen und wenn nötig so ganz einfach komplett zu reinigen.
