Nice sturdy cat house easy to assemble
Very pleased with this cat house overall. Very sturdy structure with a good amount of weight to it. Seems like high quality materials and it was very easy to assemble with clear instructions included. One slight negative is strong smell similar to cedar used in closets that might be a turn off to the cats we intend to house in it. I’m assuming that will dissipate over time though.

A great little outdoor cathouse
Our cat house was packaged greatAll items were in the box and labeled. It was easily assembled. He is using it now on our front porch. It took a little getting use to. It is sturdy and a good value.

Like overall
This was an easy to put together cat house for the most part. I put it together by myself with a screwdriver and that worked fine. But oddly, when I added the bottom on, there was absolutely nothing to hold it in place. The directions did not say anything except attach the bottom per the picture. It did not show adding screws or anything. So I drilled some small halls and added 2 screws on each side to hold it in place. Other than that, it went together just like the directions showed and fit together quite squarely–no gaps or misfit corners. Hinges went on smoothly and work great. So I’m not sure what happened with the bottom but it was easy enough to remedy if you have a drill and some screws. It’s charming to look at and I love the hinged top which will make it easy to clean inside when the time comes. I also sprayed it with Gorilla water proofing spray on the outside in hopes of extending the life of it since I am using it outdoors.

Easy assembly
Had a feral/stray cat take up residence under my shed a few months ago. Attempted to locate a possible owner, with no luck. Since I already have 2 indoor cats & 1 dog, bringing this little thing in was out of the question. With cold weather right around the corner, I decided to find a little house/hut that it could get out of the weather, be able to eat & be safe. Ordered this one & couldn’t be happier. It was very easy to assemble, although it’s better to have a 2nd set of hands when assembling all for sides together. All other parts were a 1 person job. everything went together perfectly & looks really nice. The cat will go in to eat, but he’s still a little apprehensive staying in it for long periods, but I’m sure he’ll get use to it. Great after the sale customer service too. I contact the manufacturer regarding products to apply to the house to help preserve it in the weather. They responded the next day with several products that would be helpful. Great product & a great company!! Thank you Geguri!

Great little insulated house for the cost
This was a decent purchase. It is about the same cost as other nearly identical units that are NOT insulated, so I was happy to see this was insulated. The directions were okay and wr got it out together in under 45 minutes, but were in no rush. The little flap over the door is a nice add on and the tiny piece of roofing over the door is cute. It is best to remember that while this can be used outdoors, you still need to make sure it is facing away direct weather elements. It should still be placed under a roof overhang, a garage overhang, a big tree, a carport, etc., to keep rain or snow from coming inside the door. If that happened, the animal could freeze to death from getting wet in the cold, so be careful and conscious of that. Ours is placed on the front porch which is completely covered. It is in the corner of the porch where it protected by the walls on 3 sides, and the doorway to enter the house is facing a wall and out from the wall about 8 inches. It is enough space to give the neighborhood cat room to get in, while still keeping him more protected from wind or predators that could see in if it were positioned differently. We also have a little cat warming pad inside this house. A very good set up for ferals. I like this model a lot. It did have a few pieces where they said to put multiple screws into like a 3 inch space (for the tiny roof overhang) and I knew better. It only needed one on each side, and using 2 would risk cracking the wood as that is far to close together, especially with the lower grade wood and huge screws. I skipped the extra 2 screws and it is absolutely fine and sturdy as it should be. The deduction of 1 star is due to that issue because it could make people crack their house right off the bat, and bevause the roofing material is a bit cheap and flakes off easily. Altogether though, this is a great little cat house and my neighborhood cat is already sleeping in it every night. I do recommend this.
